A useful trial answers the questions that matter in your own home. Prepare a short list of viewing priorities before requesting access. A large catalogue total is less helpful than knowing whether your actual routine works.

Choose your device, country and preferred channel selection in the request form. Use the custom field for specific languages or channels you want checked. Tell us whether you have a player. MAG devices use a different setup, so include the requested MAC address accurately.
Wait for confirmed access
A submitted trial is pending review; it is not an activated subscription. Keep the reference number and follow the separately supplied access instructions. Trial availability and duration are confirmed with the access details. Do not start counting viewing time from the moment you submit the form.
Test your normal evening
Try a live channel, an on-demand title, subtitles and the programme guide. Test on the device and network you plan to use, including your usual busy viewing period where the trial window permits. Ask about anything missing before paying. Choose the right simultaneous-screen count, and read the plan and refund information together.
