Compatibility is about the model, too
Two TVs with the same brand name can have different operating systems and app stores. Include the full model, approximate year and the player you intend to use. We will help identify an available option; not every app is available in every country or on every generation of hardware.
One login method at a time
Most compatible software players use the login details supplied for your account. Portal devices may require their device MAC address instead. Follow the instructions for the connection method assigned to you and do not publish your credentials or playlist URL.
Test where you plan to watch
Use your home connection and intended device during the trial. Check live TV, on-demand playback and guide behaviour before purchasing a longer plan. A successful test on your phone does not automatically establish compatibility with an older television.
