MAG and Formuler devices are often grouped together, but their setup is not interchangeable. The supported method depends on the box, firmware and player. Confirm the exact model before entering a portal address.
Identify your device and login method
A MAG portal setup may require the device’s portal MAC address. A Formuler player may support a portal or account-based login. Tell support which screen is asking for information, rather than guessing which credential belongs there. Our trial form asks MAG users for the required MAC format.
Use the correct device identifier
Copy the identifier shown by the supported player or portal settings. A Wi-Fi adapter address is not always the identifier used for activation. Supply it only through the trial or support form. Keep a note of the previous working settings before replacing a portal.
Load and check the portal
Enter the assigned portal exactly, save it and restart the player when its instructions require this. Allow the first catalogue load to finish. If an authorization message appears, ask support to verify the identifier and server assignment instead of changing multiple settings at once.
